GENERAL

At 18h45, ticket check and cloak room will be opened. Performances will start at 19h00 sharp, so be on time!

INFO DESK

There is an info desk at Flanders Expo. Phone number (only during the event) will be published soon.

CAPACITY OF THE 5 ROOMS

Each room can hold 5,000 visitors. Once this limit has been reached, the doors will be closed and people will only be able to get out, not in. This means that not all visitors can come and watch one and the same artist at the same time. Please note that some of the headliners are broadcasted live in the RedBull Elektropedia Room.

CLOAK ROOM

There will be a large cloak room, where you can leave your valuables. Buy your cloak room ticket at the entrance and collect a coat hook. Put your jacket on the coat hook and attach your cloak room ticket to it. Then go to the cloak room section of which the number matches the on on your cloak room ticket. There you can hand over your jacket for safekeeping.

FOOD AND DRINK VOUCHERS

You can buy these vouchers with € coins and banknotes, and use them to obtain something to eat or drink.

BANK COUNTER / ATM

2 ATMs (Bancontact/Maestro/Visa/Mastercard) will be foreseen.

TOILETS

This is very important to us. Nothing is more annoying than having to queue for half an hour to finally arrive at an obstructed toilet, ready to overflow, where you have to hold your breath to save your life.
Therefore, ILoveTECHNO assures there are enough toilets. A cleaning team will constantly clean the toilets and replenish them with all necessitates such as toilet paper. A toilet visit will cost €0,50.

LOST & FOUND

During the event: all lost objects are taken to the information stand.
After the event: Any objects that are found will be transfered to the ILoveTECHNO offices.

PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDINGS

Only disposable cameras will be allowed. The organization will be taking photographs and making audio & video recordings of the event. By entering the festival venue, all visitors agree on any publication, copying or use of these images.
